Stay during Christmas market
Initially every area looked clean but discovered dust in some areas. I understand the need to be more environmentally friendly but you should not hang dirty bath mat back on rail as if you just arrived, the Bin was never emptied in the three days we stayed. However bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, hot breakfast was nice but croissants were over baked. Hotel needs more housekeeping staff to provide better service.

Ideally located for city centre, good size room & excellent breakfast. Bed not great & the pillows were awful, so soft the wrap around your head nearly suffocating you in your sleep.....take your own pillow!

It was an excellent visit. We spent one night at the hotel during the Bath Christmas markets and found the service to be efficient, friendly and helpful. Although we were told that the hotel was fully booked, at no point did we feel this was the case with little sound and no queues for check-in, bag collection or breakfast.

Noisy rooms
I can't believe how nousy the room was! The plumbing must be behind the thinnest wall as every time someone flushed (or shower?), the noise was so loud and distracting. I asked if they could do anything but apparently not - shocked that Hilton brand hotels are this bad. Breakfast wasn't very good either, they didn't even have any other bread than white toast and scrambled eggs were dry.

Reunion in Bath
Lovely clean twin room, great shower with toiletry dispensers. Complimentary breakfast with good choices. Hotel in central position for exploring. Theatre nearby & plenty of restaurants. Station short walk away, tour buses stop outside. Great choice for our 4 night stay & get together with my best friend 😊

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was another great experience. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good and easily catered for a coeliac, they even offered gluten-free waffles which was particularly impressive. Great location in the heart of the city and very easy to get around. Although there’s no parking on site, there is a public carpark at the end of the road which is very convenient. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Bath.
