Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice hotel in good location. Only downfall is parking is so expensive.

Really impressed! Didn't expect too much other than a be for the night, but what we got was so much more. Rooms were lovely, with comfy beds and a great shower (and all the facilities, ironing board, iron, hairdryer) and Dove products for the shower. Hotel and rooms spotlessly clean, breakfast was fantastic, well laid out and great food. Location was a 10 minute walk into town and parking was easy. We would be back!

Its unfortunate that a parking space can't be guaranteed for visitors. Its bad enough having to pay in the first place, but to pay upfront with no guarantee of getting what you've paid for is totally unfair!

A Christmas market stay
The hotel had a good location for walking into the town centre. They offered a very good selection for breakfast and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I found the room very warm, even though I tried to cool it using the air conditioning but obviously other visitors may not find that a problem.

Easy parking, good location for city centre . Room itself was basic but clean all you need for accommodation on a shopping trip. Only 10 minutes easy walking into city centre. Staff efficient and friendly.

Nice clean hotel, beds and pillows very uncomfortable, work every morning with back ache, and pillows , although 2 for choice, both uncomfortable, evening meal choice very limited,bar not staffed enough, for price paid expected better!

3 night stay with family
Room was for 2 adults and two teenagers. The bed for the teenagers was a camp bed and not big enough for more than one person unless your children were under 12 . Had to source accommodation elsewhere for my teenage daughter.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely! They found out we was here for a Birthday and gave us a free drink voucher to use at the bar and late checkout. The room was spacious and spotless and all the amenities you could need and want. The breakfast choice was was surperb and delicious. The only downside was the amount we paid for parking. We paid £100 pound for a day and a half to park our car. They did give us a discount voucher but we had already paid before we knew they did this, but it would still have worked out at about £75 which i think is still very dear. Despite this we would stay here again but would pay to park outside of the hotel or get a train.
