The information given on the website is not enough and accurate. Not only the rooms are not soundproofed, there was a big gap underneath the door of the room, stressing us out. The room which we stayed at was so noisy as it was at next to the entrance and we could hear every other guest passing the hallway. After booking the room, which was not refundable, we received an email announcing that the hotel's restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday, exactly the days of our stay, which again was not accurate as we arrived on Sunday evening relying on having food from hotel restaurant and we found out that the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday! This is something you need to know before you book a place! And again after booking we received an email letting us know that we SHOULD have a credit card to pay for the deposit, which we didn't have and there was not anything we can do about it! And the staff were not really politeand friendly about it. Our towels were changed without request, which didn't felt very nice and safe! Someone entered our room without permission!

We had a great stay for a weekend gitls catchup. Ezra who was the receptionist when we checked in, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and shower nice and warm. Everywhere was clean and breakfast was tasty with a good choice of menu. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Room was very small ,double bed & you struggled to pass it to get to shut the curtains, noisy ,hot & stuffy, no air con ,no restaurant open Stains in the toilet, leaky small shower & if you sat on the toilet you banged your elbows on the sink& wall Oh & don't forget the extra £10 to park your car I will definitely avoid the place in the future

We chose this place because it was close to the City of Bath - but not in the City, and its on the River. It's a beautiful spot, the Old Mill waterwheel still runs, it's super peaceful. There is a restaurant, the food and service were great - even though the Chef only started a week ago. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Highly recommend the Old Mill Hotel in Bath.

It was a shame there was no dining in the restaurant on a Monday and Tuesday evenings. I can’t understand why there was never anyone using the bar area. We looked in a couple of times, but decided not to go in as we would have been the only ones there. It’s a shame as the actual place is quaint and in a beautiful setting by the river. Breakfast was excellent and the Staff were lovely, but it just lacks that something. The pub across the toll bridge was packed on the Monday and Tuesday evening doing food. I hope they find a solution as it’s a great place to stay.

Everything and everyone were very welcoming and helpful. The area, places to eat, walk about and plenty of things to to do and visit, all great but are I did find it was expensive. I liked the Old Mill, but my only concern was the room I was staying in was a little small. Only for that reason I gave I scored it 4*. Thanks for a memorable stay.
