I stayed because of a doctor appointment and I prefer more of a family friendly environment. The restaurant was more of a lounge/bar than a sit down to a meal restaurant. The food was very good. The bed was harder than I prefer. I needed wheelchair access and the restroom in the hotel room was prefect.

Fantastic place to stay!

Stayed here to attend a concert in New Orleans. The staff was fantastic and gave us some fantastic local tourist sites to visit. The outside seating is super cool and the bar set up is amazing.

There were people smoking weed in the cars in the parking lot. It really stunk bad. Not the hotels fault though. It did not feel as safe in the parking lot as I would have liked.

Friendly staff. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Did not feel like you are “nickle and dimed” like some of the upscale hotels. Beautiful decor, very clean, safe, and close to big mall and hospitals. Overall, very nice, will stay there again .

When we arrived for check in there was an event. So finding somewhere to pull up and run into to check in was difficult. There were cop cars as well. So at first we thought something had happened. The front desk told us they were eating at the restaurant. Food was good and stay was fine. Just check in and parking was a bit chaotic and crowded.
