Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room I booked was occupied. She offered downstairs but I needed the extra bed the upstairs room had. The bathroom was disgusting. I wouldn’t use the shower if you paid me. There were black hairs all over beds. There is no way they changed the sheets. I’ve tried multiple times to get a refund but no response.
