"We would like to give our special thanks to Mr Ooi who allowed us to experience one of the best room we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in, we would like to specially mention the duty managers Soffian, Ying and Shafini, who each helped us enjoy every quality aspect of the hotel during our stay.
