The 3 beds room booked was a tiny cubicle with no windows. The duty manager obliged by moving us to a room with twin beds with windows facing the pool. However, the room and the bathroom had a nauseating stink. There was an air conditioner in the room but the remote controller was removed. We were told that the hotel does not offer air conditioning. A fan was provided on request. The breakfast was OK. The staff were quite courteous and helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant on its premises except for the breakfast in the morning. There's plenty of cheap local food in the neighbourhood.

Tanpa air conditioning walau udara tdk dingin shg pengap..parkir terbatas..tanpa lift..tdk ada akses disabilitas..bahkan tempat sarapan hrs naik tangga yg tinggi..berbahaya dan melelahkan utk irg tua..kamar junior suites tanpa bathtub dan wastafel..lantainya licin..siaran tv kabel buruk..breakfast terbatas..tdk ada gantungan dipintu utk message
