Amazing House!
We rented this house so that our Strictly Sail & Kayak Fishing Team could fish the HobieBOS tournament on Saginaw Bay, and the house was perfect in every way! Plenty of parking for our boat trailers, the house was clean and very nice, and our favorite part was the porch with the view of the water and the fire pit. We highly recommend this house and we hope to be back there in the future!

Decent location, very clean
Very impressed with how clean the house was upon arrival. Nice amenities like upgraded showers, well stocked kitchen, and even a little gift basket of items that might be needed. Yard is very flat which was great for playing Cornhole, beersbee, and bocce ball. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Wonderful family weekend! Fire pit time in the evening was great - right on the water w many birds to watch. Bay city state park beach was fun too. Home was so clean and has everything we needed!!

This is the second time we stayed here and it if a great location, near the mouth of the river heading into the Lake. Ample parking makes it ideal for anyone with a boat. Going back in the fall!

What a location!
Four of us went to fish Saginaw bay and the surrounding waters for Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass, it was fantastic! The location is outstanding and the view of the river and it view of the lake are amazing. Clean, plenty of room to park and firepit made it a very enjoyable trip. Will rent this place again.

I have stayed in rentals all over the world and this is the cleanest and most appointed property I have ever stayed in. Randy thought of everything. This home has everything and it is high quality and well designed. We loved our stay and plan on returning in the winter to ice fish and enjoy the bay. The additional touches like a s’mores station and Epicurious cookware shows you that this is more than a rental it’s a vocation for Randy.

Two families of 4 stayed at this house for a weekend to enjoy splash village waterpark. This house worked perfectly as it had a room with 2 bunk beds that the 3 toddlers shared and then the parents each had their own bedroom. The house was beautiful and very clean! We will definitely stay there again!

Outstanding experience
This is the one of the best properties we’ve ever rented. We came here for my daughter’s 16th birthday. When we pulled in the fence was lined with balloons and there was a huge “happy birthday” sign on the patio. On the kitchen counter was a birthday cake and a tub of ice cream was in the fridge. We were blown away at the thoughfullness. There was a huge basket of toiletries, essentials, etc in case we’d forgotten anything. The property was so clean we assumed we were the first people to ever stay here. The view is amazing..:.right on the water. I would highly recommend this house and would gladly stay here again. 5 stars easily.
