The beach is beautiful, no seaweed in sight. However, the manner in which the buffet tables are set up is unsanitary. There are placemats that are reused in between guest seatings all day long. The silverware is placed directly on top of the placemats. If someone sneezes, coughs or hasn't washed their hands all of that bacteria is on the placemats. If you wipe your mouth on the fabric napkin you then also place it on the placemat. I witnessed how they prepare the tables in between guests, the placemats are lifted so that the table gets wiped and then the same placemats are replaced back onto the table. Other resorts that I have traveled to have fabric tablecloths that are replaced after each guest seating. If you want to avoid the expense and maintenance of fabric tablecloths then just get rid of those placemats and use a clean fabric napkin and place the silverware on top of the clean napkin. Every morning around 9:30 am the front desk calls your room to ask you if you need anything. If you like to sleep in you are awakened by this call. I requested for the calls to stop but that didn't stop them from calling every morning. Finally I just disconnected the phone. The Beach Party is not included even though your trip is all inclusive there is a $30 per person fee to attend. The Majestic Resorts have never charged to attend their Beach Party. This was a big disappointment and very few people attended the Beach Party including ourselves.

All of it was superb! We been to a lot of DR all inclusive and this one hands down did as promised. Amazing beach/ water! No sea weed which is always a problem for us. Food was always great! Top shelf liquor is a plus!

The best Part of this resort was a beach all the rest was a crap. We got food poising from eating fish and sea food in the resort on the third day of our 9 nights stay. My son has not really recovered from it till the end of the stay. I had stomach issues all my stay. The food choices were limited and the same every single day. Entertainment was limited as well. We were also accused for something in our reservation we were not responsible about. The staff was very aggressive to get their money, at first making false accusations. It left a bad taste in our mouth. They really ruined our vacation. After paying additional 2K, the cost of the vacation that we had, became too high for the amenities that they offer. I feel they are money hungry, stay away.

The rating for this property is incorrect. There was broken glass embedded in the carpet in my room and I stepped on some of the glass as well, which indicated the proper. The room was not clean properly. I am seeking reimbursement for the stay.

The property is well maintained and there is an abundance of friendly, helpful staff in every corner of the resort. We stayed in the Pref. Suites but if you dont need the spae or specific layout I would recommend staying on the main property. All of the places to eat, the gym and the spa are on the main side. Also, the Preferred building faces the main two way road and there is a TON of noise from all the big vehicles that utilize this road. We could hear it from our balcony and even from the pool area that is placed on the front of the property facing the main road. The Preferred building is less hectic in terms of crowds (not that the place was crowded in general) so if you really don't like to see other people it may be the place for you. Beyond that, I can't see too many reasons to deal with the inconvenience of being isolated from the rest of the resort and being a quarter mile walk from the beach. The beach was excellent and the grounds were well maintained .There are two potential drawbacks to consider- the first is that if you aren't Spanish speaking or comfortable not being understood this may not be the best place for you. This is a resort for Spanish speaking tourists- while some front-line staff can speak English- many can't speak a word. Other caveat would be the food, it generally was not good. I know all inclusives are not known for top notch cuisine, but this was near the bottom for me and my family. I don't blame the staff however, they do the best they can.

We enjoyed staying at the dreams and service was great. The property upgrade to VIP wasn’t worth it. Everything required to pay additional money. The room was smaller than the regular we were given at first.

Bellísima playa sin algas , bonito y moderno complejo con fácil acceso a todo los restaurantes sin necesidad de reservación, buen servicio de todo el personal atención amable , buena comida. Nos ofrecieron por un buen precio pasar al nivel Prefer Clud el cual nos permitió acceder a todas las amenidades extras lo que mejoró nuestra experiencia especialmente por el restaurante de la playa y área de playa Prefer que tenía un excelente servicio sin necesidad de tener que ir al bufé podías almorzar a la orilla de la playa sin necesidad de estar seco lo cual es genial; muy feliz y recomiendo este resort nosotros nos quedamos con ganas de repetir algo que nunca hacemos
