Property and staff were excellent. Did not like the fact that the room was “Freezing” COLD. Could not change temperature on wall unit or airflow unit. Had to cover with towels, pillows and covers from double bed not being used. Set airflow unit to 90; still ran cold air. Other clients were on elevator leaving to go outside to warm up. Temperature outside was cold, but not as cold compared to inside room. ?????

Comfortable and affordable
Overall a good hotel, friendly staff. The bed ( king size) was very comfy. The room could be cleaner, the floor in the building seemed to be lifting up. They offered a washer and dryer which was a nice touch.

Room was dirty. Shower even had used bar of soap in it. Ice maker had no ice. Back outside entry unsafe. Key car and buzzer did not work. It finally was opened by a visitor from inside but I had to jerk my husband and his wheelchair back as the door started to shut on him. Only good thing was that the beds were comfortable.
