Canceled on us while on the way
We were traveling from NC to NYC area for my wife’s birthday and New Year's. Owner canceled on us while we were on the way to the property saying they thought they were no longer on vrbo. It left us scrambling to find a new place to stay at 3pm while on the road to NYC. Would recommend this owner as they don't know what they are doing. Would leave zero stars but not an option. Aweful experience 10 out of 10 don't recommend using them.
