The professionally-decorated, pristine, showcase 3 Br 2 full bath 2-story vacation rental home is located 7 min walking distance to a sandy beach. Vaulted 16-foot ceilings with 5 large skylights. One bathroom has an amazing steam shower and over-sized, heated, romantic 2-person, whirlpool bathtub with jets for spa-like living. The home is only 5 minutes away from 2 different sets of Fire Island Ferries as it is nestled in-between two Ferry terminals.

This vacation rental home is perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, girls weekends, and for baby or bridal showers, or even small family get-togethers < 20 guests or 4 cars or less. Please do not bring more than 4 cars as parking and blocking driveways is an issue with my neighbors.

This house also is an excellent bridal home for a future bride, (if you are having your wedding event at another locale on Long Island) you can enjoy privacy and seclusion in a one-of-a-kind home and enjoy the steamroom shower and 2 hot tubs the weekend or night before of your special day. Brides enjoy the tranquility and romantic setting of the home. Most brides even take advantage of the storybook settings to take pictures on my arched bridge or majestic weeping willow.

THIS HOUSE IS NOT APPROVED FOR ANY SIZED WEDDING EVENT, GATHERING, DINNER OR ANY PARTY/GUESTS > 20 PEOPLE. HOWEVER, I DO WELCOME BRIDAL PARTIES JUST TO STAY if they are 8 guests are less with no additional reversal dinner or after party. Please be honest and forthright.

2 large decks on two levels connected by a circular stairway. One deck has a new Weber large gas BBQ and seating for 8 on new classy Restoration Hardware dining set and the second has a 8 -person brand new, very large outdoor hot tub.

Sunroom with Eiffel Tower inspired Roche Bobois Dining Table from France allows for picturesque dining with excellent views every day, every season.

Don't miss a beat and work remotely with the fastest home Wireless Internet and access to a large 27” new apple flat screen computer, plus fax, printer/scanner.

House has a basement and 1 car garage. new oil burner heating system and powerful new central air.

Home sleeps 8, has master with King bed, guest #1 is queen beds and 1 room with two twin beds. Large Pullout couch can sleep two more.

Yard is a 1.25 acres with stunning views from every window. Amazing landscaping and quiet tucked away location makes you feel like one with nature. You will not find a more serene natural and picturesque back yard.

Large custom stone circular driveway fits 7 cars. A natural rock waterfall and koi pond in the center of driveway calms your mood every day you are outside.

Modern and Hamptons chic new wide plank wood flooring give the look of the house a designers touch.

Recently, beautifully professionally decorated and staged home with coordinating colors and themes finishes off the home. Recent enhancements include new Roche Bobois dining table from Paris, and new Hamptons chic coastal decor by a renowned NYC interior designer. A new light and airy and simple elegance and artwork makes one feel like they are in a home featured in Coastal Living magazine or on the beach on the outer banks in North Carolina. ALL THE FURNITURE IS CLASSY, ARTISTIC AND BRAND NEW.

Home includes. New Washer, dryer, steamer, iron, hair dryer and 2020 dishwasher, 2020 refrigerator 2020 oven, 2020 microwave and a large toaster oven.

Weekend nights are always a premium due to demand.

House has 1 stellar master bedroom, upstairs, 1 new crisp white classy guest room with queen (downstairs) , and the third bedroom contains two twin beds (downstairs). Large queen pullout sectional (downstairs) sleeps 3. 2 on pullout part. Another twin thin but very comfortable mattress can be placed anywhere in the home.

Beautiful house and surroundings
We had a very nice stay for three days. Directions to get there were very accurate. We had a little trouble figuring out the locks on the doors, but Joe explained the correct way to lock and open the doors. Just an observation the house has everything you could possibly need, but the house is not suited for a person with disabilities. Otherwise it’s a perfect getaway.

Great house, okay stay
The home is beautiful and recently remodeled. The outside is gorgeous. We were turned off by the request to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels. The owner repeatedly asked to confirm that we were not going to use limos, party buses, have photo shoots, or have more than 12 guests. The owner's car was in the driveway making it difficult to turn our SUV around to leave. There was minimal storage for our own clothing as we stayed there 4 days with 7 total people. We had zero places to hang our winter jackets as the closet nearest the front door was full. The rear doors leading to the wood deck and spa was zip tied closed. We had 2 very small children in our group so we resorted to using the front door to access the backyard as the spiral staircase was difficult to manage with them. We did not feel at home at all.

An unforgettable trip - an AMAZING house!
This house exceeded our expectations ten times over. We came from Florida and stayed for 8 days for our wedding. Joe is an outstanding host. The house and grounds are immaculate & beautifully decorated. The bathroom alone got 5 stars! Literally the best shower I’ve ever taken. And the kids were blown away by the tv in the mirror. Every morning we walked to the water & were greeted by Waldo - the coolest duck there ever was. As soon as he hears the back door open he comes running in his fastest waddle. He was super friendly & ate right out of our hands. Little experiences like that mean so much. Our kids stayed in the bedroom downstairs & we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the picture hanging on the wall. It is of the Lake Worth Pier in West Palm Beach where we live. It was taken in the exact spot that my husband proposed to me. We all got chills! What are the chances? I highly recommend staying here. The quiet neighborhood, the incredible view from the deck, the hot tub … I could go on & on. Thank you, Joe for making my honeymoon perfect in every way. We will be back!

This house is absolutely stunning, from the amazing grounds to every thoughtful finishing touch inside. The upstairs bathroom is incredible- steam shower, the fanciest toilet imaginable, heated floors and towel warmer!!! Couldn’t have been a better location for getting ready with my bridal party for my wedding.

Fantastic Friends Trip
This house is AMAZING, and perfect for a getaway with some friends. I was blown away by the view, the wildlife in the pond outside, and the hot tub (perfect as the evenings got a bit chilly in early October). My favorite time was the early morning - bringing a cup of coffee to the deck as the sun made its way up the sky was the best. There was plenty of room to hang out together and spread out for some alone time. There were quite a bit of house rules (including a warning against red drinks, washing linens before checking out, and more), but I can understand how much work the home owner has put into making this house so beautiful. This should not be viewed as a party house - I got a clear sense that neighbors are frustrated with loud music at late hours and driveways getting blocked. I worked hard to make sure that we were quiet and respectful, so I would skip if you are looking for a place to completely let loose.

Beautiful property!
The house and property were absolutely gorgeous and kept beautifully. Really enjoyed the scenery and the hidden gem at the end of the boardwalk. Check in process was extremely easy and contactless. The only complaint I would have is that we were expected to wash the towels at the end of our stay. Normally I would understand but for the high price we payed to stay here I think that should have be included in the cleaning fee. But overall I loved this property and would absolutely recommend it.

Sunny, modern, relaxing, oasis...
This house is even better than the pictures show. It was clean, big and bright and the back yard is truly incredible. I would highly recommend for a week, weekend getaway, or even a mid-week spa day or two for you and friends. The hot tub is incredible. The steam-shower is a real treat. The ducks, swans and wild life you see in the yard and by the bay-front will all make your stress and worries melt away. Joe was super easy to reach, very quick getting back on any questions we had, and even offered early check-in. Would definitely stay hear again to experience the home in warmer weather, but even in January it was a relaxing, sunny, oasis all less than 2 hours from NYC. Highly recommend!!
