Gorgeous waterfront home designed for luxury, privacy, and convenience. You'll enjoy water views from every room.

Five of the seven bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, allowing for large groups to stay together and still maintain their privacy.

The spacious kitchen is well stocked and has an assortment of high end appliances. There are three ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers and a large fridge, allowing for guests to host large meals.

The living room, upstairs family room, rooftop deck, four seasons room, and outside patio provide plenty of space for guests to spread out. That is, when they're not enjoying themselves out back in the heated saltwater pool.

In addition to the pool (open from April 1st through November 7th), the backyard has an outdoor kitchen, a screened in patio, a gas fire pit and two docks. We're just four blocks to the ocean and right up the street from the bay beach, although you may never feel the need to leave the house.

Rental includes seasonal beach badges and stand-up paddle boards. Book your reservation today!

Perfect Venue for Family Reunion

We were a party of 20, four families with children ranging from 21yo to 2yo and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for each family, a spacious kitchen living area for family gatherings, facilities for comfort (3 ovens 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washer dryers) and importantly a beautiful pool with a dock for the kids to swim and play while the adults visited with each other over food and drink playing music over the Sonos system. House and facilities are an A+.

Graduation Celebration

This house was AMAZING! We had 22 family members from all over the country stay here to celebrate and it was magical! There is plenty of space, the pool is beautiful and the view is incredible. Short walk to ocean beach, quiet neighborhood, cute town with great restaurants. Host was in touch and available with any questions/issues but we had none! House had everything you could want and MORE - industrial ice machine, ping pong table, outside shower, paddle boards, lots of bathrooms, plenty of parking, 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washing machines/dryers, great sunsets every night. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

This absolutely beautiful home was such a great choice for our family reunion this past week. It comfortably fit all 15 of us with plenty of hangout space for everyone to be together. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful for the whole process. The whole house is just beautiful and the view is incredible. Great stay for a large group!

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette in this beautiful home. It was everything and more than what we had expected. Location was great, near the bridge to come on to the island. The house was large, immaculate and perfect for our needs. There were times we were all separated in small little groups from the dock, fire pit, pool, kitchen, reading area, bedrooms, balconies.. spacious enough for anyone to do their own thing really. Michael was super accommodating and quick to respond to any requests we may have had. My mother and aunts came for the afternoon one day to join us and were already thinking about how we could book the house for a large family trip down the line. I would highly recommend to friends and family alike.

Our rental experience with Mike was seamless from start to finish. The house is breathtaking and perfect for large groups. The kitchen is fully stocked, large dining room table is comfortable and the outdoor space with sunset views sets the mood for any get together. Highly recommend you rent this house - it’s perfect.
