"Spent 2 Nights here at this property with family for a weekend get away to Bear Lake. Upon arrival the location and home were away from all the crowds which we were happy with. The part that we did not enjoy was that night one the home had poor ventilation and with 90 degree weather in July we slept uncomfortably even after trying to adjust the thermostat. Worst part that night 2 we struggled to sleep due to mice running around the home. We reached out to the owner and they acknowledged the issue with the mice and said that it’s normal. I would not rent this location again and strongly suggest for anyone to stay away from this property. "

"We had a blast. The theater room and garage/gym were our favorite places, and the large kitchen made preparing meals for and feeding our group of 25 fun, too. We all said we would go back there again."
