Great Location and staff! Just wish I would have known they were remodeling before I booked the place. They did give me a freshly remodeled room which was nice. Full breakfast buffet even on Christmas Morning. Highly recommend
Dirty, loud, elevator out-renovations occurring. Should have a warning on website that renovations are being done. Parking lot dirty. Would have never booked here if we knew the conditions. Rooms were nice, bed really comfortable and extra covers, pillows in closet. Air worked great. Awesome shower. Nice TV, fridge and coffee maker. Bag breakfast to go, cookies very nice extra.
This was our second stay at this hotel in the past year. The first time, we assumed the issues were a temporary. This time around, same issues, but worse. Elevator was out of service for the duration of the stay (again). Hallways and stairways smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke (again). The smell of sewage was so overwhelming the last night of the stay we got up at 3am and left despite knowing we had a long day followed by a very long drive home ahead of us. The entire hotel feels damp and musty, sometimes overwhelmingly so. If there is not a lot of mold in this hotel I would be shocked, though I did not see any in our room.
The staff and their service was excellent during both of our stays but the building itself seems to be in a quickly worsening state of disrepair. The issues were not the fault of the staff - they were very friendly and polite. The location is fantastic. Wish they would overhaul the property or knock it down and rebuild.
Wi-Fi was terrible. Dropped out every few seconds, and was practically unusable
Staff lied to me when I called and told me I would be able to get a late checkout so my graduation Marine could change out of his uniform for the long drive home. Morning of, despite confirming over the phone, they changed their mind and refused. Staff was very rude when I tried to find an alternate solution, they simply did not care or make any attempt to work out something.
My family got stuck in an elevator for 30 minutes while the fire department had to rescue us. No ventilation in the elevator. Temp rose quickly and air became a concern. When I spoke with the hotel, told me I had to jump through hoops with Expedia to get a refund for the stay. Expedia called the hotel and was told they have to call back when a manager is on. Why wouldn’t they take care of the communication part themselves since this was a serious incident. I may never stay in a Hilton property again. My family had three rooms that week. Not what I expect for customer service.

We were in Parris island for grandson’s marine graduation. We stayed 3 nights. One of the things that impressed us was they opened up the breakfast VERY early (also had sack breakfast to go) because on Thursday and Friday we had to be on base very early. When I booked I figured we would be without breakfast but to my surprise we had it before leaving.
