Two well behaved dogs welcome (20 extra per dog per stay). Please note that the garden is not enclosed and it would be easy for dogs to wander off.

Tyddyn Waen is all on one level. There is a step up into the kitchen. The grounds generally flat.

Three bedrooms, all ground floor. Bedroom 1 - king size bed, ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 - king sized bed. Bedroom 3 - twin beds. There is a hairdryer.

Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, hand basin and WC. Ensuite shower room off the main bedroom with shower, handbasin and WC.

Modern, fully fitted kitchen. Well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafètiere, fridge, freezer (3 drawers), dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table with church pew and bench seating for 6.
