We had everything we needed. The room was clean and the location was convenient to where we needed to be. Check in was simple. Staff was great. The lobby does have a slight smell. Overall it was a good stay.

Great short family vacation
We had a great stay! Everyone was so welcoming and nice Breakfast had a good variety for adults and kids. The pool is facing the woods and have good size and depth. We highly recommend staying there! The hotel is 20-30min from Beaumont but have a Starbucks, McDonald's and other restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel.

Nice hotel in great condition. Breakfast was not served until 6:30 which doesn't work for me because I start work early. Other than that it's pretty much what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Great Service - Awful Rooms
Mold on walls in hallway by stairwell on second floor. Mold on wall in room by outlet of AC unit. If AC unit was below 66 degrees, room smelled awful. If unit was at 66 degrees humidity was so high in room everything felt damp. Toilet leaked in our room leaving a small rusty wet trail by toilet. Dirty socks were found on top of ironing board cabinet. Service by front was wonderful! Tried to move us rooms but nothing available. Breakfast person is AMAZING! She is very attentive - had breakfast ready early - WONDERFUL service experience at front desk and Breakfast. Pool is on small side but worked for what we needed. Pool towels were hard to locate.

Nice room. Only issue was the tile floor in the bathroom would "pop" when walked on. This is due to improper tile installation. Otherwise the hotel was excellent!!
