Could use a little more housekeeping!!!
Check in was slow. I was the only person in line to check in. Clerk was taking a phone reservation so I patiently waited. However there was another clerk at the desk - NOT taking check ins. Could certainly use more than 2 towels - but the absolute was the abundance of hair in the towels. Did not know until using post shower. It was disgusting!!
