Polished textured cement floors which are cool in the summer and radiant heat in the winter. The house features WiFi, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and heating for your convenience. You'll also find 2 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer and bidet. Additionally, there is an office space with a futon for any additional needs. Entertain in the beautifully landscaped yard featuring a concrete patio with a Gazebo and grill area. All the horse amenities you could ask for, including a 3 stall barn equipped with an auto-watering system, a 60' round pen. approx 2 acres of the 5 are dedicated to horses and are fully fenced with hot wire. RV pad with water and power and lots of trailer parking. Miles and Miles of trail riding in the BLM/ forest service right from the property.
