The Space:
Entire 3-BR bungalow on Long Bow lake with private dock. Long Bow Lake is a small lake, great for kayaking and canoeing. Note there are no motorized boats allowed. Swimming is at your own risk / discretion.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 4 split AC units. There is one AC unit in the living-room and one unit in each of the three bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Water Feature: There is no life guard for the lake. Swimming is at your own risk.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
