I got in at around 2 pm, I know that check in is at 3pm, I was going to ask if they would let us check in early but the desk clerk doesn’t even say hello, just started saying “check in is at 3, we don’t have any rooms ready “, and made us wait, when I came back close to 3, she said that they were short staffed. While I’m understanding that it’s hard when that happens I don’t expect people to be rude as it’s not my fault that it happens

Comfortable room, soft beds, good breakfast. Hotels, not only Comfort Inn, need more hooks or racks to hang wet bath towels if they want us to reuse them for 2 or 3 days.. Also, the toilet paper dispensers are in an awkward place, along the side of the toilet and back too far. Would be better if there was more counter space in the bathroom to put your items on. Overall, a nice hotel with friendly personnel. Lots of restaurants in the area too

This was our second to last stay after hitting 17 states and many thousands of miles since March. And we can honestly say that this was the cleanest hotel we had visited. Met Yasmin, in charge of housekeeping, after we checked in and saw the room, and told her how clean and well- tended our room was. The breakfast and front desk staff we personable and helpful. Hotel has been recently renovated. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. I visit Beckley every year to see family and this will be my new place to stay.

The room was very noisy and difficult to fall asleep. Ac was loud, highway noise, can hear doors close and open all night and can also hear noise from the floor above.
