Treat you like family
Another exceptional stay at our home away from home! The night shift worker, Ricardo as always was kind, helpful and makes me feel at ease knowing he's keeping the hotel running and safe all night. Tara the manager is a breath of fresh air with her welcoming smile, great conversations at the front desk while checking in and out and always right there to ensure everything is running smoothly. Gina has been so thoughtful, patient and helpful anytime we've run into issues in and out of the hotel. All of the staff are wonderful and with the extended stay we've recently had to take this hotel has truly felt like coming home!

The staff was great, but I found the property to be run down. The TP holder was broken, the walls were dingy and badly painted, everywhere I looked things were broken or worn out. I was disappointed to find that the pool was closed, I thought an indoor pool would be open all year. When I entered the room it smelled strongly of Fabulouso cleaner (I don't like Fabuloso)

Okay hotel
Hotel has much potential but run down and still being refurbished. Staff was friendly and helpful and ameneities were fine. Parking in basement garage was convenient. Location would be hard to find without gps.
