A Tranquil 40 acre bush retreat located in Mt Pilot national park and adjacent to Reedy Creek, one of Victorias premier gold panning locations. Located on a designated tourist route complete with interpretive signage telling stories of the gold rush and infamous Kelly Gang. You will be located an easy ten minute drive from Woolshed Falls and a further 10 minutes to the beautiful tourist town of Beechworth. The township of Eldorado with its gold mining heritage and museum, McEvoy Tavern and Historic gold dredge is a meandering 15 minute drive towards the Regional centre of Wangaratta.

Many activities will be at you door step -
Bird Watching, gold panning, gem stone fossicking, crystal fossicking, cycling and bush walking are some of the activities available directly from our property.

Our locality has wonderful natural attractions, excellent dining opportunities, wineries breweries and distilleries for your pleasure.

National Park hideaway
We spent the night in a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom cottage right in the heart of the national park. Plenty of land for our dog to run free. Hosts Andrew and Helen made us feel very welcome. Alan and Diane 14/12/24
