This fabulous Studio/Apartment, with air conditioning/ heating and use of shared swimming pool is situated in the charming village of residential Begur and only a 20 minute walk to the bustling town center.



You can relax around the swimming pool knowing that there will only ever be a maximum of 4 people, with ample space to relax and enjoy the pool area.

Remember, your large terrace is for your exclusive use.

This newly constructed ( July 2019) private studio/ apartment is situated on the entire ground level of a private house, the studio has two private entrances, one entrance leads into the kitchen area and other leads directly into the sleeping/ living area.

The studio/ apartment is 44m2, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and an electric induction hob, Nispresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The kitchen offers a large private outdoor dining terrace with a second dining table and two chairs a stylish swinging chair, gas BBQ , stunning mountain views and spectacular sunsets.

Sleeping/ lounge area has a double bed, (190cmx150cm) lounge area with two chairs and a coffee table, satellite TV with Netflix, Spanish TV plus UK channels, BBC 1,2, ITV, channel 4& 5 plus a DVD player and Bluetooth speaker.

The studio is air conditioned/ heated for your comfort.

Leading directly off the sleeping area is a second chill out terrace with a sofa, coffee table and two arm chairs, nestled under a beautiful pergola which is shaded with mature wisteria.

Both outdoor dining terrace and chill out terrace have two different types of ambient lighting installed if required.

The fabulous, spacious bathroom has a large walk in shower with seating area, WC and wash hand basin.

A hair dryer, ironing board, iron, two beach parasols, cool box plus all towels and bedding are provided.

WiFi is included.

Guests also have full use of the owners swimming pool area, this can be used as often as you like, there are no restrictions whatsoever. Please note, the swimming pool can also be used by two more guests who may be renting a second studio on the premises.

The decked pool area has a stylish built in seating area, outdoor shower, 3 Tahiti style parasols, 4 sun loungers plus a shaded seating area for those hot summer days, there is also an outdoor bar area with small fridge if required.

The studio has beautiful mountain views with amazing sunsets.

An outdoor patio heater is provided during the winter months.

The chic village of Begur is only a few minutes drive away or approximately 20 minutes on foot.

You will be spoilt for choice In Begur with its fabulous choice of restaurants catering for all tastes plus its numerous boutiques.

The fabulous beaches of Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera are only a few minutes drive away.

Llafranc, Tamariu and Calella are only a 20 minutes drive away.

The beautiful medieval villages of Pals and Peratallada are only a 15-20 minute drive from the studio.

Palafrugell is approximately 15 minutes away, Gerona is 50 minutes away and Barcelona is approximately 1hr45 mins away.

Absolutely beautiful!
This apartment is absolutely beautiful. It is light, spacious and beautifully decorated (particularly the bathroom). The garden is gorgeous with plenty of space for guests and the pool is wonderful. Nicholas and Helen were so friendly and helpful we felt completely at home, so much so we've already booked a return stay! A little bit of paradise!

The property is stunning, pool was amazing kept beautifully clean. Every queerly we had was answered within 5 minutes. The host could not have been more helpful. I doubt there is a better place to stay in begur. We booked to come back on our 2 nd day and can’t wait to return. Deserves 5 star review

Beautiful home and garden
Perfect size for two people, choices of outside seating areas including a covered terrace in case of rain as we had! Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (the capsule type) and a gas bbq. We had everything we needed. Nicholas is an excellent host, very friendly and happy to help should you need him. You do need a car here, there is a big supermarket and fish stall less than 5 mins drive away and lots of places to visit in the area. We hope to return one day.

Excellent Escape!
This is a great find, Helen and Nicholas have done an incredible job with the studios and gardens, and are such great hosts. The scenery is beautiful, sunsets amazing. It truly is a little slice of paradise. The gardens are fantastic with a lot of thought given for little shady areas. The studio apartment itself is cool, spacious and luxurious, especially the bathroom. The pool is just great, with your own area to chill out. We would love to come back!

Stunning property in a wonderful location
This property was perfect. We arrived to a bottle of fizz, milk and fresh eggs from Nick’s chickens. The apartment/studio was beautifully presented and so clean and well equipped. The bathroom was magical; pure decadence. We were spoilt for choice as Nick has a number of lovely seating areas, which was great as we were able to make the most of the sunshine. We will definitely be booking this again.

Lovely little studio
Due to family circumstances we only stayed for two days we had a nice welcome from Nicolas. The property was cosy with a private terras. A nice swimmingpool with sunbeds and parasols. It was close by the city Begur. Which is a nice little village. We certainly will come back.

Notre séjour d'une durée de 10 jours s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. L'accueil a été chaleureux. L'appartement est bien situé, propre. Il manque un peu de luminosité. L'endroit est calme et paisible. Les locataires du deuxième studio étaient très discrets. Le propriétaire a été réactif.

Un havre de paix pour profiter a 2 ! Merci a Helen pour son accueil, sa gentilesse et sa bienveillance. Un studio plein de charme, confortable et très bien amenagé. Se situe dans un endroit calme avec une vue imprenable, un jardin fleurie et une belle piscine tout équipés (transats, parasol, sallon de jardin) Tout y est, rien ne manque a cette prestation. We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful place. A comfortable apartment, spacious and well equipped in a cosy garden with various lounge chairs and a swimming pool for a nice little dip. A very quiet surroundings with lots of green and birds The apartment has 2 terraces, one with a bbq to combine with your kitchen facilities. Supermarkt and Begur center are 1,5 kms away, Begur’s beautiful beaches are 3 to 5 kms from the house. Nicholas and Helen were very nice hosts who made our stay complete. We’ll be back!
