On two floors this house can be shared by two families. Downstairs there is the main house with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen -dining area and living room with access to a large terrace . 
The terrace surrounding the house and lets to enjoy the sun or shade at any time. Also on this deck there is a great BBQ, great for al fresco meals .On the first floor connected by an external staircase is a studio with bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom allows to sleep 3 people.
Within walking distance of the house there are  the services of a sea water pool and a terrace bar of a hotel

being accessible for the terrace customers .

You can visit a different beach every day as this coast has a choice of beautiful coves and beaches.  In addition to the magnificent Platja Gran de Pals, nearby you will find Platja del Racó, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava and many more.

The fascinating old town of Begur with its ancient castle is only 5 minutes away by car and Palafrugell is just 10 minutes drive.  Both offer you many shopping and sightseeing opportunities as well as restaurants and bars.

This is also an area that actively encourages exploration of nature.  In particular the carefully constructed and maintained walkways enable you to access dream landscapes, inaccessible coves and splendid beaches backed by the pines, dunes and the natural vegetation of the area, not forgetting the fascinating Illes de Medes just offshore.

To enjoy of a shopping day  visit Begur to only 5 minutes in car or Palafrugell (10 minutes in car). There he will find everything what you need.

 Active tourism and of nature. Thanks to the rampart walks it will cross landscapes of dream, inaccessible coves, paradisiac beaches surrounded with pines and vegetation and with Them Illes Medes of bottom.

 You will discover the great beauty of the Baix Empordà, his landscapes, his fishing  towns, his coves, his medieval villages.
