Noise and bad service
It was a total package of disasters. Service staffs who took care of check-ins seemed to have trouble between themselves, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Room was clean and cozy, but at night I could hear all the noise from hallways and elevators. Pillow was too high. I barely slept at night. Now I understand how this global franchise hotel got such low ratings..

Noisy elevators
Location is good, near a subway station, but condition is very basic. Moreover, twice got rooms near elevators, which sounded noisy during night time.

A good place to stay in Beijing
Conveniently located near the airport express (train) connection as well as subway route 10, the Ibis is a nice, quiet hotel. Room size is large, staff is friendly. We did not take the included breakfast nor other meals as there are many suitable restaurant/fast food places within a 5 minute walk. We'll stay here again on our next visit.

A good hotel close to the metro station.
The staff were good and courteous. They spoke English well and no difficulty in communication. It is close to the metro station . 5 minutes walk. However, buffet breakfast were provided at a price in the nearby Novotel hotel. Room comfort was good and access to metro made a good location for my stay.

Good place in the overall
Get the b2 flour in the airport, get the metro airport express and get down in the first stop (there are 2 stops in the city) get exit d and you are 1 block from the hotel. That simple! Also have metro line 10 to conect with the city in the saim place. There is a mall at 1 block distance that connects directly to the metro. Cleaness is really good and cleaning womans are very polite. Reception staff is not very enthusiastic to help and their english is poor. The one thing we really miss in this hotel was a refrigerator.

Simple, nice, clean and convenient
A basic hotel but clean and tidy. It’s close proximity to the airport is an advantage. Neighborhood is nice with a big mall and also a train station.

Not as good as I expected
The hotel lobby is undergoing refurbishment so its very messy and loud during day time. The temporary reception looks like a 1970's office. Room is acceptable and the bathroom is fairly clean. You can get much better room conditions in other hotels with same price but this hotel is so close the the subway system and the airport express rail. I would only consider staying there again when the refurbishment is complete.

Nice hotel, great price, convenient location!
Spent a week in Beijing and visited Tianamin Square, Forbidden city, Temple Heaven, Imperial Garden, Great Wall, Hongqiao Market, Chaoyang Theatre (Beijing Acrobats); a variety of local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping malls, nearly all accessible by subway... the best way to see Beijing! The subway stop is about 100 meters from the hotel entrance, and an easy transfer to and from the Int'l Airport, on line 10 (Sanyuanqiao). Enjoy your adventure in beautiful Beijing!
