Although the hotel is very nice and the staff is excellent the area around the holiday seemed a little run down. Not the hotels fault but just an observation It's very cool that you can walk 20 mins and be downtown though

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and personable! They were part of the family by the end of my familys 2 week stay. They were on top of our luggage situation...not their fault. The breakfast was on point every morning! And the last morning they opened breakfast early so we could all have a nice cup of coffee and some food for the road before our 11 hr flight home!

A wee bit of a walk from the city centre but there are buses near the hotel. V friendly staff, rooms modern and clean. Toilet roll was awful tho...only thing that let it down. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. We had snacks and puddings in the bar which were v reasonably priced. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing. Would def stay again if back in Belfast although i would def pack some toilet roll!!

Enjoyed our stay
We had concerns on arrival as we couldn't find the car park and the hotel is on a busy road. Clear signs would have assisted us to the excellent car park just down the next street. Our stay was brilliant. Especially liked the breakfast area where everything was set out in threes. Three tea/coffee machines, toasters etc. to ease the queuing. Plenty of seats too. The room was clean and there was a double sized shower in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Best breakfast staff I’ve ever seen at a hotel! Kept food stocked, area clean, and assisted you if necessary. The self service espresso/coffee/hot chocolate machine was a great amenity. It was smart for them to have three so there was never a long que to wait to use one. Enjoyed the fact that you could have an evening drink and snack, or dinner down in the lobby. The lobby was very comfortable and overall clean, some furniture was stained, with plenty of spaces to spread out.
