Overall the hotel is nice and well maintained. Room and bathroom clean though not really large, but good enough. The staff is kind and helpful, no exception. Breakfast is delicious, lots of options to pick from.

Close to the main walking street where shops and restaurants and bars/coffee shops are. No need for a car. We walked everywhere! The shuttle the hotel provides to and from the airport is very expensive! You can get a flat rate taxi from the airport for cheaper. We did appreciate having the confidence of the hotel shuttle (even for the cost) as we had to leave at 3:30am to get back to the airport. Overall, would recommend this hotel

Modern Hotel
Hotel has small rooms, no upgrade provided. The space was well organized in the room. Comfortable bed and shower space. I enjoyed the breakfast and they had a afternoon offering that ran until 2p which was nice after exploring for the day with small snacks and coffee. You have to walk to a cab, they can not pull up to the door so if raining this could be an issue but a good location for exploring. Some construction was taking place and some bad elements where hanging out in the area. We left earlier than breakfast time and were not offered a snack or coffee to take with us. They did not walk our bags to taxi either. These 2 services would really bring up my review.

Great gem in a large city
The Boutique Hotel Museum was a great choice and i fully recommend it to everyone. The staff was very helpful, especially with parking and the bags. They do not have parking but will recommend a garage near b. The rooms are lovely, extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect - near all the pedestrian avenues, close to sights and restaurants.

My friend and I stayed 4 nights at Boutique Hotel Museum and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with some comfortable beds and good WI-FI. The breakfast was delicious and the location was just perfect in the old town with everything just around the corner. Can only highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel right on the door step to the whole city. Breakfast was amazing for a european continental. They had hot bacon, sausage and eggs 😀 Service was beyond impeccable, can not rate this hotel enough, it was brilliant

Everything was excellent. Great location, beautiful design, outstanding breakfast spread, at the centre of the city... Everything was perfect. The staff get a special mention. They were fantastic. They are extremely personable and highly professional. They were welcoming and helpful. Without question, they wanted to make my stay enjoyable. A special thanks to Matsa who, like the other staff, was warm and kind, and made me feel like I was home away from home. I loved the hotel so much, I extended my stay there and added a few extra unplanned days to stay there at the end of my trip. Without question, I will be returning to Boutique Hotel Museum again.
