We had to change our flights last minute and needed a place to stay. The Fort George didn’t disappoint in accommodating our last minute reservation, they were friendly and coordinated the transport from the airport to their hotel. When I say last minute I mean I’m booking the hotel and coordinating with their staff in mid air. Great service. The hotel is beautiful the beds were very comfortable. Will return when I have more time.

Nice hotel in the old town area! Lovely to walk around! The local restaurant Tree House has a very diverse menu and great cocktails selection! Excellent service starting with front desk, concierge and rest of the team! Looking forward to coming back!

Fort George hotel exceeded my expectations. Online we were warned to avoid Belize City but we had no problems the 5 days and 4 nights we stayed there. The location is perfect; walking distance to the water taxis, walking distance to shopping, short taxi ride to most restaurants. The restaurant in hotel was also phenomenal with great food and even better service. The front desk staff were always bubbly and welcoming, with the concierge giving excellent recommendations on what to do, where to go, and when. I definitely recommend Fort George and would for sure stay there again if staying in Belize City!

The property and people were great starting with the doormen, hotel staff, restaurant employees, maids and front desk staff. Annika was a great concierge. All of the front desk staff was great and informative. Adean, Chloe, and Clotilde (I think) were great. Adean went above and beyond to acquire a product for us and Chloe made us feel like family. I appreciated that parking was included since many attractions that didn't include a group tour were not in the neighborhood. I hope to visit your new facility in the future. Keep the same warm atmosphere!

This property and the people were great. Starting with the doormen, maids, and restaurant staff, whose names I don't know (except Grisela, I think) but each and every one of them were wonderful. Adean, Chole, Annika and Clotilde (I think) were helpful as well as everyone else at the front desk. All the staff I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Adean went above and beyond to get a product for us and Chole really made us feel like family. I hope to have a chance to visit again. We had a car and I really appreciate the ability to park since much of what we did was some distance from the hotel.
