Softball Tournament fun
Loved this place. I cannot wait to stay here again. We hiked before our ball tournament and the trail head started right in the back yard! The house was cozy, beds were comfy. The host was great with communication and offered great advice. I was very pleased with my choice!

Exceeds Expectations!
We have been staying at VRBO’s for many years, all over the country. This house is one of the best ever! It’s newly renovated and could be placed on the market “as is” should the owners choose to sell. It’s freshly painted, outside and in. The mid century modern furniture is tasteful and nicely arranged. Appliances are high-end. The walk-in shower is as good as any in a high priced hotel. Amenities are thought…e.g. Better Home & Gardens shampoo and soap in the bathroom, not some cheap product. The closets are spacious and you can put your luggage out of sight, making you feel like you are in your own bedroom. Checkout is “user-friendly” with just a few simple instructions instead of a long list of what is required…that is very thoughtful and considerate. The location is great…at the end of a cul-de-sac on a large lot with a deck overlooking a wooded ravine. It is close to Bentonville which has had a renaissance of sorts since our last visit years ago. Crystal Bridges museum is close by and undergoing an enormous expansion. Lots of good restaurants at reasonable prices nearby. Try the Italian one, Tavalos, near the town square. The people in the community were friendly and helpful. We were rear-ended on the way down from St. Louis (no one injured) and the BMW dealer we consulted for a temporary fix to get home couldn’t have been nicer to us. The waiter at the Italian restaurant was delightful. What a find!!!!

Relaxing home after biking
Fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfy king bed in master, deck with a great view & easy drive to everything. We stayed 8 nights & found grocery store & restaurants nearby plus lots of bike trails. It was a short drive to Bentonville which had a wonderful choice of restaurants & more bike trails. Having a garage was very nice to park our bikes. The owner was very responsive & gave us great suggestions for restaurants.

Good stay, but a few improvements
We have probably stayed in every kind of property in Bella Vista over the last 30 years, Our hostess was very responsive to our needs and the property was very clean and comfortable. I have a few suggestions particularly in the kitchen area. Three drawers need to be fixed as they do not work properly and could fall out. Seating was not good. Hated the plastic bar stools as they were not sturdy or comfortable. Would have preferred a larger table with at least 4 normal chairs. Supplies were lacking. We had a mixer with no beaters. There were no measuring cups either liquid or dry. I served a pie but had no pie server. I gave the property a 4 rather than a 5 because these items detracted from my overall satisfaction.

Family Wedding Destination
We were in town for a family wedding and this home was perfect for my family of 4. It is in a great location and is well maintained and clean. We were able to walk/hike down the back hill to the trail and access the waterfall and it was perfect for the time we had. We would definitely travel to this area again to explore more and would consider this house for a comfortable place to stay.

Great stay in NWA!
My hubby and I traveled from Southern California and met our son and his family to explore NWA. This house worked great for us! The hike to Tanyard Falls was fun and the location was good for activities in Bentonville, Rogers and surrounding communities. Lots of mountain bike trails and close to the Greenway.

Great Place for a Mountain Bike Trip
We found the house very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a nice trip to Bentonville for mountain biking. The garage with bike storage was a nice perk. Easy to get on the Little Sugar loops and not far at all from downtown dining and biking.

Great home with nice amenities. Home is updated and super comfy with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Super close to all the great MTB parks and downtown Bentonville. We’re down here often riding and we’ll definitely book this home again.

Beautiful house on cul de sac
What started out as a pleasure trip turned into a detour for my Moms funeral. This house was a gathering space for family during the day as family was spread out to hotel lodging. The deck out back seated several of us and was a relaxing welcome to a stressful couple of days. In better times the trails and scenery are a sight to see. Easy to communicate with hosts, fast response. Would definitely stay here again and urge anyone to stay!
