The property has a home theatre with a large 80 inch TV, open plan living / dining room with a second TV / Lounge or children's activity area towards the rear of the house with a PlayStation and movies as well as a fold out sofa if needed for the extra guests. Outdoor area accommodates both dining and relaxing in a large under cover area as well as a generous backyard and fire pit for to enjoy a wine or two at the end of the day. Property is approximately 5 minutes to local wineries (some amazing choices to wine or dine) and less than 10 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens, Harrigan's and Hope Estate including local concert venues and the main entertainment HUB. Full kitchen and laundry facilities for extended stays.

Wonderful stay
Michael was incredibly responsive and the place had all the amenities we needed for 6 adults and 2 little ones. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook a big brunch. Plenty of fridge and pantry space. It was also conveniently close to Hunter Valley Gardens and nearby restaurants. Would recommend for a short road trip to the Hunter region.
