These suites were not what is pictured on Expedia. They are rundown and they are old. I do not see how they are classified as suites because they look like any old ordinary room at a motel to me.The carpet is old and nasty, and I was afraid to pick something up on my feet. The room smelled old and musky and the elevator was old and very jerky! When I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle driver I was yelled at, correction I was screamed at by the shuttle driver. He rudely asked me “how come I wasn’t answering my phone (airplane mode due to just landing) and if I was from Puerto Rico.” The other 6 shuttle bus guests were severely shocked that he would talk to somebody like that. The shuttle bus driver had two stops. He pulled up to the first stop and went inside with the guests. He left the rest of us who were being dropped off at the second stop in the shuttle for over 15 minutes before he came back out to take us to our stop. This place is NOT worth the money! I will Never stay there again!!!!

Reserved this hotel specifically because it offered an airport shuttle. They asked how many and the earliest they could transport was 4am. The shuttle finally showed up at 4:10. It was full and only had room for two people and zero luggage. Ended up ordering an Uber so we wouldn’t miss our flight.

Do not use this property. It is definitely not up to the business standard that you expect Expedia to represent. I arrived at the airport, calling several times for a shuttle with no one answering only for them to answer and tell me that the shuttle was full...that there would not be another. This was after a long day of flight delays but my keeping them informed of my arrival. Had I known that they would do this, I could have cancelled and went with another hotel. I was scammed.

Bang for your buck
Great, no-frills place to stay for the night before a cruise or as a quick sleep. The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful, with waffle machines, cereal, yogurt, and baked goods. Note that if you want to use the shuttle to and from the airport you need to call well in advance and arrange this.

I arrived at breakfast at 9:10 (20 minutes) before breakfast ended and most of the food was gone and was not being replenished so I waited in line to make a waffle and I was finally next in line when an employee came and pulled all the batter. I did not get to eat breakfast even though I arrived in what should have been enough time before breakfast ended.
