Former outbuilding tastefully furnished, near the listed church of Bellême, a charming village 2 hours from Paris, in the Perche, Lower Normandy.
The rental includes a living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom upstairs with bathroom, toilet. The house is also ideal for teleworking, with access to a private and efficient wifi network.

Access to the property is via a small street at the bottom of the garden, by the garage, via around 20 steps, but access is easy.

You will have access to the barbecue, as well as the elements of relaxation, sunbathing, table and chairs for your meals in the garden or on the terrace, parasol.

A breakfast can be prepared for you on reservation and with an extra charge, which will include homemade jams and local products (honey from Bellême, fresh bread and pastries, apple juice from Perche, etc.).

If you are coming as a couple, but would like to have the 2nd bed, please specify. A supplement will be expected.

Possibility of garage for bicycles and motorbikes at no additional cost.

For travelers without a car, we can organize transport to and from Nogent-le-Rotrou station.

Small dogs under 15kg welcome under conditions (contact us).

Séjour agréable à la Dragonne
Accueil chaleureux de la part de Justine. Le gîte est confortable et très bien décoré (style rustique moderne) et situé en plein coeur du village de Bellême (localisation parfaite pour randonner dans la forêt et profiter du village et de ses restaurants).

Week-end paisible
Nous étions à la recherche d'un endroit paisible, plein de charme avec un jardin pour passer le week-end. Le logement proposé par Justine a comblé toutes nos envies ! Le logement a la particularité de se situer au cœur de Bellême, et plus précisément au pied de l'église, proche de toutes commodités. Bien que charmant, soyez prévenus, vous risquez d'être réveillé dans une fanfare de cloches le matin dès 7h. Vous avez la possibilité de vous garer autour du parvis de l'église le dimanche, cependant cela est impossible en semaine, il y a parking à quelques minutes à pieds du logement. La maisonette de Justine a été refaite intégralement tout en conservant le charme et les poutres de l'ancienne bâtisse. Tout y est neuf, la literie est bonne également. Le logement propose un vaste jardin qui vous permettra de profiter du soleil tout au long de la journée et ce jusqu'aux derniers rayons. Au bout de ce jardin vous bénéficierez d'une entrée privative. Nous avons été accueillit chaleureusement, Justine est à l'affût de vos besoin et n'est jamais très loin si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Au matin nous avons eu le droit aux croissants de la boulangerie d'à côté et Justine nous a également offert une bouteille de cidre locale. Bien qu'à disposition si nécessaire, Justine sait se faire discrète afin que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Pour conclure nous avons passé un excellent week-end et n'hésiterons pas à recommander ce logement à notre entourage et pourquoi pas y retourner bientôt !
