This Hotel is apartments hotel. we had the family room and it is really comfortable, there was a kitchen and a porch with a view to Vichy. really nice staff. the location is good if you have a car.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Park, Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider waren die Zimmer wegen des Kälteeinbruchs ziemlich Kalt und es gab keine Heizung.

The receptionist was nice and the area by the river was nice, but the hotel itself was awful and very dated. The small kitchen had a fridge but it must have been 30-40 years old, no facilities to make a cup of tea (or cups etc.). The staff was cleaning and talking loudly in the hallway/room opposite ours at 11 pm (evening). The balcony could do with a proper cleaning (see picture) - we did not sit there despite the nice view because the plastic furniture and the balcony itself was depressing to be near

Studio bien agencé, wc séparé. Grand lit confortable. Hôtel calme, bien placé à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Vichy. Personnel de réception très accueillant, donne des renseignements et un plan de la ville. Vue sur le parc. Parking et petit déjeuner correct.
