It’s just old and needs upgrading. The microwave didn’t even have the microwave plate inside of it and was either filthy or incredibly stained. There was also a towel hanging on the hook behind the door in the bathroom when I arrived which also makes me think they’re not throughly cleaning the rooms. I also didn’t like that although it says pet friendly they spring it on you at the last minute that there’s a $25 no refundable fee and a $20 hold because the pet.

The rooms had a lot of drywall issues and needed to be patched and painted The showers needed to be redone and the fixture was broken we stayed two weeks at different times and the two rooms we were in were bad the room smelled like marijuana both times and the tvs were super small

The staff here were so wonderful! We checked in easily and were given a room directly next to the staircase because we were traveling with our dog. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and overall was a fantastic value for the money! My husband and I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

It was neat and peaceful. No disturbance. We went to my son’s tennis tournament and this was a 15 minutes drive to the location at an affordable rate. I liked it and would go back there when we visit Nashville again for tennis matches

My room was small and cramped. Poor lighting in the bathroom with low ceilings poor furnishings. My room was small and cramped. Part of wall was falling apart. Noisy guests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Convenient for freeway.

It is overall a nice place to stay, clean property, no strange smells, and their bed is firm mattress with good support. But the property has some water damage in the bathroom and the exhaust fan looks going drop.

Decent option for the overnight stay
Renovated, aims to be modern, but with lots of interesting decisions as it comes to renovations. The breakfast very poor in choices. But- they saved in renovations and I save on stay. I'll take it as a win-win.

The property is in complete need of repairs/renoavtion. Walking down the hall there are holes under the filthy carpet where you can sprain your ankle or fall. Bathrooms are falling apart and filthy. Everywhere you look needs to be replaced, fixed, painted or cleaned. Can not recommend this hotel.
