Location was fine for our needs. No America flag on flagpole, after rain lots of mulch had washed onto concrete walkways and was never cleaned off. No small refrigerator in room. Appeared to be short on staff as front desk had bell to ring for help and sign that said something like temporary away from desk.

The front desk receptionist was fantastic! So nice! The room smelled of wet dog. The carpets and bathroom floors were sticky. The whole room was just damp feeling and gross. Beds were lumpy. Breakfast was good.

The only downside was that the room was very small. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was much better than expected for a budget hotel.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The morning person in charge of the breakfast was WAY overworked! Constantly being interrupted by phone calls at the main desk. NEEDED HELP!
