Overall great stay when we pointed out that they had not left coffee and milk in the room it was sorted and given drinks in the bar which was great we also asked that shower gel be topped up needless to say this was not done but Ann the duty manager took it up and was really apologetic and gave us breakfast where Ann Marie was just like Ann really apologetic these two ladies really impressed me and the wife that we will be back again

Not Hilton standard as I understand it
Reception staff pleasant. Rooms sparce so very echoey , door shut very loudly..nothing you can do this to stop it. So making a very disturbed night sleep due to the noise from other guests etc. Couple this with the noisy springy mattress and cracking headboard made for a bad nights sleep on the uncomfortable bed. Also had a fire alarm go off so guests and swimmers etc from the health club stood in the car park for twenty minutes in the pouring rain....

The stay from booking on line to the end could not have been better. I am disabled and my mobility is poor so the room was built around my needs. I had a problem with a leak in the bathroom and when I reported it the plumber was in attendance within five minutes. My friends and I had lunch on the second day and it was lovely. The only complaint was it could have been warmer. Nothing was a problem to any of the staff from checking in to breakfast to cleaners and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. It definitely warranted 5 stars.

Food was ok cleaning needs improvement Last stay here two years ago was better. Beds very uncomfortable with springs bumpy. Car parking on site good. Staff friendly and helped. Hotel is getting well worn. Breakfast was cold and had an upset tummy later I day from sausage and bacon. Didn’t take breakfast second day because of it. Location is good for M8 and city centre. The staff are best thing about hotel.

Overall, spacious room with lots of breakfast options however drinks are expensive and the restaurant could not cope with demand in evening and food took a long time to come.

The water for the toilet sometimes does fill. It would eventually fill but could take 30 mins to overnight. We call the front desk for them to fix it. They sent someone within half hour but still the same. I ended using the bathroom in the lobby so my wife can flush the toilet when she wakes up in the morning. Not a pleasant stay.

Fantastic stay, great hotel just off the motorway so easy to get to. Got to say thank you to Rianna for the check in on Friday morning. You went above and beyond and are a credit to the Hilton brand. Spa facilites were excellent and a big thank you to Cara also for the treatement. Thanks again
