This was a beautiful place. The penthouse was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Nice soft linens, comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms ( 2 of them) have rain showers and the master has a beautiful stand alone tub. Netflix and other streaming available on the 3 tvs!!! Full kitchen! With an ice maker in the full sized fridge. I didn’t use the pool but it looked refreshing. I will be staying here again.

This property was the best place I have stayed in Belize . It has everything you need on a day to day basis . Private parking, fenced in, washer & Dryer. Felt like you are at home ! We spent only one night and my entire family didn’t want to leave. Exceptional apartment, very clean and spacious. Really perfect for family trip. My husband was able to watch the game while the kids watch tv in the living room. We were all very happy. Thank you!

The Ansen Place is very conveniently located in the heart of Belize. It's a very comfortable, clean and spacious facility. Their staff is helpful, pleasant and professional. I very much recommend The Ansen Place to those traveling either for business or pleasure. It's certainly the first place I'll look for any future trips to Belize.

The host was AMAZING. Very curteous and friendly. The place is amazing, kitchen, washer, dryer, A/C, beds, TVs bathrooms. Definitely is a great pleace for short, mid and long term rentals. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Definitely will rent again when visiting Belmopan.

Great place, exactly as the photos. Minor issues.
The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building and sometimes people walk in the apartment balcony. I was alone, so it wasn't a big issue for me, but it would have being completely inappropriate if I had my wife and daughter with me.
