Comfortable Stay
We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal, and both the old and new markets. The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on. The beddings are comfortable. What makes São Bento special are its people such as Antonio Luiz, Valeria, and Isabel. Valeria checked us in; and ensured she atteneded to our requests. Isabel still remembered us from our last year's visit to the hotel. Antonio Luiz went the extra mile in helping us with our transportation to the airport and breakfast.

Great Place To Stay
The place is in the center of everything in the City of Belo Horizonte, the Mercado Central, Mercado Novo, Supermercado, Shopping Center and restaurants are all with walking distance. The deluxe Rom is a good size room and has; air conditioning, refrigerator, desk, large Beth room and great shower. The breakfast is very good and if one likes eggs it is jest letting them know and they will boil some eggs for you.

Foi muito boa a estadia, o hotel é no centro, perto de tudo. É bem aconchegante, a fachada não condiz com o hotel rsrs, a fachada é pequenininha, só uma portinha mesmo, mas por dentro é bacana o hotel, recepcionistas educados. Café da manhã muito bom, tudo fresquinho e saboroso.

Voltaria sem dúvidas, acomodação maravilhosa.
A estadia no São Bento me surpreendeu, atendentes simpáticos, a acomodação muito confortável, limpeza impecável, a localização é muito boa, próximo dos Mercados Central e Novo, gostei de tudo. Somente uma ressalva quanto ao café, achei poucas opções e tudo se repete todos os dias, então pra quem fica vários dias acaba enjoando.

Foi tranquila a hospedagem. O café da manhã é muito bom, pude fazer check-in mais cedo e as atendentes foram muito atenciosas! O quarto eu achei pequeno e o ar condicionado estava sem revisão desde 2021. No mais, foi tudo ótimo. Recomendo!

Se você quer luxo, não é o hotel que procura. Mas se quer uma localização central, simplicidade, limpeza e conforto com uma boa relação custo-benefício, é ideal. Café da manhã simples, farto e gostoso com sucos, chás, café, frutas, bolos, queijos, sanduíches e biscoitos. Funcionários cordiais e prestativos. Quartos limpíssimos e confortáveis. No quarto em que fiquei tinha secador de cabelo. Adorei. Único ponto negativo que pode ser contornado com cuidados é a localização em uma rua que fica meio deserta tarde da noite, porém, durante o dia é bastante movimentada. Eu recomendaria cuidado e evitar saídas noturnas a pé. Preferível usar taxi ou uber por segurança quando sair ou chegar muito tarde. Tem portaria 24 horas e isso é importante para segurança. Cofre no quarto. Frigobar. Troca de toalhas diariamente. TV a cabo. Apesar de ficar na área central, não achei barulhento. Fiquei num quarto de fundos e dormi como um bebê. O hotel está em ótimas condições de conservação. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Tem elevador. Voltaria a ficar lá tranquilamente.
