First and last time staying here
This place is not at all like what the pictures make it seem to be. The pictures they use to advertise the rooms weren't at all like what our room was like. Our room was very small and not very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't too bad but not the best. Our room keys would deactivate all the time. They said if they were too close to keys, coins, or credit cards they would deactivate. Never encountered room keys so finicky before in my life. They seemed to deactivate if they left the room, stayed in the room, saw the sun, didn't see the sun, saw the moon, didn't see the moon, if you looked at it the wrong way, or the right way, if it heard you speak, if it didn't hear you speak. They deactivated incredibly easily and we had to get them reactivated almost every single day. It was bizarre. Never encountered that before in my life. The only redeeming quality this place had was it's location. Which is relatively close to most of the major tourist attractions and sights. I would never stay here again, especially for what you pay. You also have to pay for parking if you have a car.

Enjoyed our stay at the Royal Center Center, staff was very friendly and courteous, specially Thales at the front desk and Sandra from housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Muito bom! Café da manhã maravilhodo, staff muito educada e solicita. A aérea da piscina está um pouco largada, e o quarto standard é muito pequeno

Minha experiência foi horrível. Quarto pequeno, cama pequena, banheiro minúsculo mau conseguia me mexer, chuveiro baixo e pequeno. Academia só tem uma esteira e a bicicleta está com o banco solto. Café da manhã sem opção. Não tem serviço de self service, o prato vem pronto a mesa sem opção de escolha e pra completar veio um pedaço de porcelana dentro da salada, onde eu acabei ingerindo alguns pedaços pequenos sem perceber, ao encontrar um pedaço maior mostrei ao rapaz que automaticamente chamou o gerente que queria me explicar o ocorrido, que o havia quebrado um vasilha na cozinha e que o mesmo havia encontrado o pedaços que possivelmente quando caiu no chão e pode ter caído sem perceber na salada. O mesmo se prontificou a me levar ao pronto socorro. Porém falei que se ocorresse alguma coisa iria informar. O ocorrido foi na quarta feira dia 18/09/2024 porém na quinta feira dia 19/09/2024 senti uma forte dor abdominal no qual cheguei a desmaiar de dor. Estava em curso de suma importância profissional e fui levada ao atendimento médico, onde eu tive que arcar com a despesa de 350.00 do médico e 2.900,00 dos exames e medicação. Deixando claro que não estava com nenhum sintoma, nem viral e nem estomacal ou intestinal. Depois de todo o susto e está me sentindo melhor, retornei ao treinamento e quase todos os outros tiveram sintomas de diarréia e vômito. Deixo minha indignação e não indico a ninguém.

De uma forma geral hotel na média

O espaço é legal os quartos superiores e de luxo são confortáveis, tem um espaço agradável, o café da manhã é incrível. No entanto, infelizmente tive problemas nas duas estadias que fiz. Achei o check in demorado, nos quartos todas as vezes teve problema. A primeira vez a água no esquentou no último dia, dessa vez o ar apresentava defeitos. A fechadura da porta estava com problema e as vezes não abria. Os banheiros são pequenos, mesmo nos quartos de luxo e superiores. Não digo o banheiro em si, mas a área de banho. Enfim, de restante, a localização é boa e prestam um serviço básico bom.

O hotel com instalações velhas, a limpeza péssima, observei que tinha um pano branco embaixo do mesa e achei que era um pano de chão que a faxineira tinha esquecido. Mas ficou lá por 2 dias e aí eu me abaixei para ver, era uma cueca de um possível hóspede que esqueceu antes da minha estadia. Um absurdo, morri de nojo mas já estava aguardando meu Uber para voltar a minha cidade. Um absurdo as instalações desse hotel. Vergonhoso pelo preço que cobra.

Achei tudo ótimo! O atendimento na recepção é excelente. O fato de venderem talher, achei um pouco excessivo. Mas não fez a experiência ficar ruim. O café da manhã foi ótimo, mesmo com o hotel lotado, tinha reposição de tudo constantemente, muita variedade e o pessoal que estava trabalhando sempre atento à limpeza, com muita educação. Excelente custo beneficio, voltarei com certeza.

Muito ruim. Prineiro, quando chegamos, a minha família estava feliz e tivemos que pagar uma taxa absurda de 120 reais oor algo que a gente nem gosta. Depois, quando chegamos no quarto, estava sujo, parecia uma cena de crime. Aquilo não era humano. E quando foi no dia do aniversário do meu filho, eles cobraram de novo uma ínfima taxa de 50 reais para ter um bolinho de 3cm minúsculo.
