I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

A localização do hotel é excelente, a praticamente uma quadra da Praça da Liberdade. O café da manhã é bem gostoso. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos. Única reclamação é a baixa pressão da água do chuveiro.

De forma geral me atendeu, me hospedei a trabalho e usei somente para dormir. Os funcionários todos muitíssimo educados e agradáveis. Único problema que eu gostaria de pontuar: o chuveiro não tinha pressão nenhuma de água o que para mim faz muita diferença na experiência de lavar o cabelo
