Schöne Finca mit Verbesserungsbedarf
Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und der Außenbereich mit Veranda und dem Pool sehr schön. Das Auto kann man sicher auf dem Grundstück, welches durch ein Tor gesichert ist abstellen. Bei Problemen reagieren die Vermieter schnell und zeitnah. Was uns aber bei der Ankunft sehr gestört hat war die Sauberkeit der Küche und des Grills. Das Grillrost war mit einer dicken,alten Fettschicht überzogen und die Bedienknöpfe des Herds waren ebenso mit altem Fett überzogen. Der Kühlschrank war extrem dreckig und sogar mit Schimmel befallen. Gekühlt hat er trotz höchster Stufe auch nicht richtig. Vorallem im Gefrierfach befand sich Schimmel. Die Bedienung des alten Gasherds würden wir als gefährlich bewerten da die Gaszufuhr stellenweise nicht richtig reguliert werden kann. Man stellt den Knopf auf aus, aber die Gaszufuhr sagt etwas anderes. Wir haben am Tag nach der Anreise Putzmittel gekauft und erstmal selbst Küche, Kühlschrank und Grill gereinigt. Leider war die Küchenausstattung sehr schlecht. Es waren keine vernünftigen Schneidemesser, Schneidbretter usw. vorhanden. Ebenso kein Backpapier oder änliche Grundausstattung. Der Rest des Hauses war aber sauber. Wir empfehlen dringend den Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen auszutauschen. Schade das der Kühlschrank im Außenbereich bei unserer Ankunft nicht angeschlossen war. Ebenso schade das die vorhandene Garage nicht genutzt werden kann da sie verschlossen ist um sein Auto vor der Sonne zu schützen.
