Check in was great and the lady that checked us in was very nice. But the second day our key cards were deactivated and the guy at the counter tried to say we didn’t book for two days. After some research he realized he was wrong and gave new key cards but this was not an ideal situation. He was not as friendly as the lady that checked us in. The room was spacious and nice. I do like this hotel.

This place is highly recommended. Its so clean and quiet. Close to downtown bend. Will stay here again in the future. Bend, oregon is a nice place to visit. John from san Diego California

The property was clean but right beside a freight rail station and the locomotives worked and idled all night so was noisy . The staff was nice but we got stuck in a smoking room as nothing else was available. The AC unit wasn't controllable except for off and on and there was no thermostat on the wall. Very expensive for a Motel 6 at over $250 per night including tax.

Everything was great. I like the remodeled room and the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only things really missing is shampoo/conditioner in the shower and coffee in the room.

The staff were very friendly but the hotel is in need of major repairs. Our room had several soft spots in the floor. The bathroom had damage to the walls and several soft spots in the floor. The price I paid a night for the condition of the hotel was way too high.

Check in was easy, Aaron was friendly and informative. Only thing is noise carries between room alot... had what sounded like i rhino walking in the room above me till 3 in the morning.. everything else was great. I will be staying here again
