Beautiful setting right on the river. We enjoyed both of the pools and the large hotel room. Easily accessible from the highway, just a few minutes north of downtown.

The room had cobwebs all over. The arm of the chair fell off numerous times. The dead trees need to be taken out by the river. Big bunches of cobwebs all over the deck. Only one ice machine worked and it was to far to walk to get to. I used to love this place but its gone downhill.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower was not cleaned and had hair in tub. The area that holds soap was filthy. The carpets were filthy and stained.

First, the staff could not make room keys because they said their machine was broken so if we left the room, we had to have a staff member come let us in to our room. Once in the room, the carpet is dirty, hair is along the side of the carpet. The old mattress didn’t have a mattress pad, and the mattress was stained in places with dark matter. Yuck! I had to use one of the two towels provided to cover the stain. The bedside alarm clock from the 80’s was dusty. The toilet handle needs to be held down for 10 full seconds before it will flush. The tv has an add on it that says “we are negotiating with this company for service”. The onsight restaurant was “ehh”. The management needs to invest in this property if they want to charge 170.00/night. I will not be returning!

The room was outdated and that made it seem to be unclean - It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like a casino. I will say that the property itself was in a beautiful location.

Property is designed in a motel style all rooms are in separate buildings from the office/ reception area, which isn’t clear from their photos. Rooms were old and have not been updated in what looks like 20 yrs. Smelled like old wood. Jacuzzie tub was old, chipped and looked like it was from the 70s. There was also no lights above the tub making it hard to see how clean it was. We had an issue with our initial room not being cleaned, in what looked like well over a couple weeks, cobwebs, lights covered in a film of dust, black ring inside the toilet bowl, dead bugs in the bath tub. We called the concierge and they were incredibly kind, even through running into system issues they got us switched to a new room, thats was clean and matched the initial room amenities we booked. 10 out of 10 for service, however the actual hotel itself is giving ghetto or something your thrifty grandmother would book to save money. Carpets were nasty though… #1960s It is right down the road from a highway, near a winco gas station, was not too noisy unless the people above you stomp around like elephants, its an old not updated hotel so sound proofing really ins’t an amenity. It was over a 100 degrees every day of our stay ac worked great, however the pool (which can be converted to from an indoor pool) was still an indoor pool, which seemed a little lazy and was kind of disappointing, but it was clean. Parking lot had significant potholes, and was in need of repair

First off the room had bugs. Tons of small flying bugs and ants all over the counters, ac unit, and bathroom. The room had an unpleasant smell. There was a very limited supply of towels and toiletries. Lastly the property did not feel safe at night. There was a dilapidated motor home in the parking lot, and when we came back after our event late at night there were multiple suspicious looking vehicles with people just sitting in the parking lot. I was not expecting anything luxurious, but cleanliness and safety don’t seem too much to expect.

There were garbage cans over flowing, the entrys didn’t like they been swept for months. The view from our room on the 1st floor was an over flowing can, empty beer and a dog poop bag. The room had bugs, killed 2 spiders, a fly and a moth. The carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Carpet is so horribly stained I didn’t want to walk on it. The sliding glass door was locked shut with a screw, lock was broken. Overall smell was musty & dirty. So awful I couldn’t even sleep.
