I loved the half yurt…nice, clean, quiet, and close to my son who lives on the ranch but already had a house full that weekend. My dog loved the bunnies in the yard…she didn’t bark at them, just would star at them! It was a nice country retreat for me and my dog.

Few minutes drive to smith rock state park, this place is a hidden jewel 💎. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

We arrived at this property in early September and while the room was very comfortable to call it a resort would not be accurate - especially when the pool was closed for the season. There are activities available (golf and pickle ball), but it was not clear how to access them. It was very hard to find - no signage from the road and a very awkward entrance. It had a very comfortable bed and nice views and it was very quiet - partially because there were very few guests. We arrived on a Sunday and there was very limited food options in the vicinity, although a town with many restaurants was a 20 minute drive away.

The room was very small. The bed was memory foam. My wife liked it, but I didn't. The air conditioner was very small as well, but it didn't really keep the room cool enough. Probably only down to 78 degrees during the heat of the day. I doubt I will stay there again.

The silence and stars were remarkable. The right-handed coffee pots must go, too tricky for a Lefty, I spilled royally. Winter would be a lovely stop, here, coffee on the deck looking at the rimrock and bunnies.

We loved this place beautiful property amazing golf course right next door pickle ball and tennis courts. Very cool hike to a beautiful river. This is our spot to visit family from now on.
