Easy and friendly reception, good undercover parking. There are stairs and a lift to the first floor. Convenient location for looking around Bendigo. The room was clean and bed very comfy. The carpet was clean but looked very old. Also the spa bath was very enjoyed but did look like it had seen better days

We enjoyed our 2 night stay as the accommodation wasn't far from all attractions We unfortunately had a water leak in our bathroom but the Manager had no hesitation in moving us to another room

This was a really comfortable bed and tidy room. The spa was the reason I bought the room and I made good use of it. There is a lovely open area to read and there were kids swimming in the pool. I'd definitely stay there again.

The reception person was the worst kind I've ever met or encountered. He was rude about the checkout time which I politely asked for extension and when the time was up the idiotic reception 'trash' came to knock on the door and demanded that we leave the room immediately and was disgustingly rude. And when I confronted him about his rudeness he started to shout and even 'swear' foul language in front of my children. This type of 'trash' shouldn't be working in customer service and he is a liability and big 'turn-off' to would-be customers. Please convey this message to the owner of the hotel to remove him ASAP before he ruined the business !!!

Floor of fibreglass Spa was full of cracks. Porcelain Hand Basin had large crack and two 'Cold' taps - 'Hot' tap was labelled "Cold'. Toilet Seat did nt fit . Overall, the property and room was run-down.

We had a great stay here, Check-in was smmoth and painless. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. 5 minutes from Bendigo Town Centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and barbecue and a very good outdoor area. The motel represented very good value for money. We will stay here again.
