Processed payment the day before I arrived notwithstanding it was not supposed to be paid until check in. Shower door would not close properly so water went over bathroom floor Not enough parking for number of guests.

Two single beds were pushed together to make a king which was uncomfortable, and we had to mop the bathroom after each shower. Also, no Netflix which is unusual for a Quest.

Nice room, however it had another room adjoining which had a noisy family staying in it with a screaming baby - not ideal! TV wasn't tuned into the correct channels.

No warning that there was no lift, parking was extremely difficult and others parked in driveway. It was Baidu like daylight in the rooms due to excess lighting outside and poor curtains

The staff person at reception when we checked in was not at all welcoming and did not advise us there was no housekeeping on Sunday. However the staff member on the following shift was warm and helpful with restaurant and breakfast recommendations. All other aspects of our stay were enjoyable.

The rooms were quiet, however looked tired and worn. The paint was chipped and walls dirty. There was fluff build up on the skirting boards. Our room was not serviced totally, towels not changed and bed not made. Curtains were broken in places and not hanging properly The location is good, close to hotels and cafe. Washer and dryer in our room was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Staff were amazing with excellent service. Only complaint was rooms need some deep cleaning. Lots of dust and grim on the walls in the bathroom from the dryer. Bed linen was excellent.

Need a shower not over the bath need grab handles in bath area. Need a folder with a guide and how to work the machine. Our room was not serviced every day. Wine fell out of fridge door when you opened it
