It's of as a transit stay. The first property of the group had a more friendly team. Found the front office team specially in the morning here very aloof and as though just doing their duty. Having been a long term client of Arra Suites since 2014, found this trip unsatisfactory. The management needs to note that their staff will make or break the hotel. At least front office staff be friendly.

Outstanding front desk. Room could have been better-window opens to a wall one foot from the window! Empty, garbage dump next door. TV didn't work Very difficult to find.

EXCELLENT TRANSIT ACCOMODATION
Excellent accommodation for flight transit stay, as it is very near ( around 11 KMs) from Bengaluru Kempegowda airport. Accommodation is cozy. We booked a room for my family consisting of two adults and two children. We simply got a spacious 3 BHK nicely furnished apartment for stay . I think the hotel rooms are converted from apartment rooms. My suite was having three balconies, overlooking road/ other apartments.. On enquiry, they told that the hotel is started only last year. A small portion of the Front road is still not black-topped. Food service is available, but variety is limited. Needs improvement in menu. Overall, an excellent cozy accommodation.

Rooms were clean. Toiletries were minimal. Good parking space. Staff willing to help. Access road was poor and full of potholes. Close to airport 10- 15 mins drive. Good wifi speeds. Overall good apartment hotel, however overpriced for amenities it has.

Good transit hotel near to Bangalore airport
On the way to Kochi stayed for 01 night in this hotel. Good experience. Rooms are neat and clean and foods are simple and less spicy which can be eaten by the children. Staffs are well behaved. Read to help you anytime. Keep the standard of the hotel in near future also.

Wonderful hotel!
This hotel was wonderful and located very close to the airport. The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my guests and I were satisfied with everything. I will definitely be staying here again.

L hôtel est proche de l aéroport, le personnel est adorable, il fait calme,les chambres sont spacieuses et dispose d une cuisine et d un salon à partager avec une autre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et très bon. J y retournerai.
