Second time staying. Pleased with everything. Reception staff not as friendly as number 2 reception. No AC in the room which was disappointing as it was December but warm. Food good, but would have liked more show cooking especially in the morning, where is the fresh omelette station, no bagels or crumpets, tea bags poor (that’s just being picky)

The room was like a sauna,, it was over 29 at night , reception told us to open the balcony door , as the aircon is tuened off in November but our room was right over the road and the noise made it impossible to sleep...

Very recently refurbished. Right in the middle of all the night action. Close to the beach. Plenty on sunbeds with ban on towel reserving enforced. Great food with plenty of veg and traditional UK food. Can;t fault. It was great for a short stay.

Good room on a high flow, which we requested. Lovely shower, very clean. Excellent food and good choice in restaurant. Excellent entertainment with a choice of venues.

Lovely hotel. Staff polite but not over friendly. Food plentiful, always a choice, although the restaurant tables were far too close to each other, sunbeds the same. Pool area needs better ‘security’ . Sunbed scram in the morning. Great entertainment.Location and cleanliness excellent. No difference in playa 1 and 2 . Pool view preferred for people and entertainment watching! Rooms very soundproofed of outside noise . Wouldn’t let the negatives stop us booking again, now I’m aware !
