WONDERFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 10 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This magnificent villa of 380m2 built in 2000 is distributed over three floors connected by an exterior and interior staircase. The ground floor is connected to the rest of the villa by an exterior staircase while the other two floors are connected by an interior staircase. On the same level as the swimming pool, there is a large and bright living room with a beautiful open plan fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining room with a round glass table and a comfortable lounge with access to the covered terrace thanks to its large windows. The villa has 5 bedrooms (4 with double beds and 1 with twin beds) and 4 bathrooms with shower (3 of them en suite). The en-suite bathroom on the first floor has a shower and a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: The villa is built on a semi-closed plot of about 1300m2 accessed through a ramp, we will be able to park several vehicles inside the plot. The private pool is located behind the villa and has views of the stunning Peñón de Ifach with its beautiful beaches. Next to the beautiful pool we will find a covered terrace with outdoor dining table as well as an area with a set of sofas to relax sheltered from the intense summer sun.
LOCATION: Located in the urbanization of San Jaime. The villa enjoys a magnificent location next to the renowned Ifach Golf Club, it is a great option for lovers of this beautiful sport. And only 5 minutes by car you will find beautiful crystalline beaches and coves in the area as well as all the other services such as restaurants and bars to enjoy our beautiful vacations in this beautiful area.
